What We Do
Ambassadors Santa Marta Football Club
Since 2018, we have developed several football teams that have competed in different local leagues and tournaments. In 2021, our U-19 team became the champions of the Magdalena Football League. Currently, in Santa Marta, we offer training opportunities for boys and girls between 6 and 12 years old.

Community Football
We also run a community football program in Varela, Zona Bananera, where twice a week we train around 60 children ages 6 to 14. Beyond football skills, we emphasize values, share the Gospel, and plant the seeds for a better future.
Football for Education
In Valledupar, we lead a program called “Football for Education” in partnership with La Sierra International School. The goal is to help a team made up of senior students travel to the United States, where they can be seen by college coaches and explore potential scholarship opportunities.
Coach Training
We recognize the profound influence coaches have on the lives of the athletes under their care, so we stay in close contact with coaches and ministries throughout Colombia, providing ongoing spiritual support as well as football and devotional materials to help them serve effectively in their communities.
Join a Summer Tour
Join young Christians from around the world to participate as coaches on our summer tour, where you will be trained in football ministry and coaching skills in a unique cultural setting.
Free Programs
Junior Ambassadors
At Ambassadors, we've seen how quality football programs can transform lives. In Varela—a vulnerable community near Santa Marta—we’ve launched a holistic sports initiative for children ages 5 to 13, many of whom have faced extreme poverty, displacement, or the loss of parents to violence.
This program equips children with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual tools to make healthy, life-giving decisions. By promoting core values, preventing substance abuse, and sharing the hope of the Gospel, we’re planting seeds of lasting change—with plans to expand to other communities in need.
Ambassadors of Peace on the Field
Our “Ambassadors of Peace on the Field” program is designed to address the high levels of violence and lack of opportunities among children ages 5 to 11 in Santa Marta.
Through an innovative approach that combines community soccer with training in peaceful conflict resolution, the program seeks to empower participants with social, emotional, and physical skills that will allow them to become agents of positive change in their communities.
Football Camp
Each year, Ambassadors Football we partner with local churches, football clubs, and other organizations to offer faith-based football camps to transform our local communities.

Each camp lasts one week; schedules can vary between 6 and 8 hours
WHY?
Ambassadors Football camps focus on young footballers, providing them with the opportunity to play and compete in a fun, safe, and positive environment. This is achieved through the development of techniques and skills, including: faith-centered integrated instruction, technical sessions, small games, and competitions.
