I am originally from Albania, where I played semi-professional football. Growing up, my country was under communism and declared that God was dead. But when communism fell in 1992, the gospel reached Albania, and at the age of 19, I became a Christian after someone shared Jesus with me.

Later, I went on to study at Crossroads Bible College, where I met Sarah from Northern Ireland, who became my wife. Today, we live in Lisburn with our two boys, Mateo and Elio. I have a deep passion and a calling from God to share the gospel through football.
