Stewart has been involved with Ambassadors since 2006, first as player, tour member, intern and finally part time staff. He balances his mission work with his work on the family farm and his busy family life. He is the Ambassador Football Club Director in Northern Ireland overseeing 300 club members and over 20 teams.
