Coaching and Playing Tours have been a foundational activity of our ministry dating all the way back to our beginning. Many of today’s Ambassadors Football missionaries have actually begun their work with our ministry through one of our tours.

Our Ambassadors Football tours include:

  • Coaching Tours – global football camps
  • Playing Tours – global ministry teams
  • Pro Player Tours – global professional ministry teams

Coaching Tours
Our Coaching Tours bring together the fun and excitement of our football camps programme and combines it with an amazing tour aspect. As a coach on our tour, individuals are challenged to deliver sessions that provide a positive football experience for the children who attend.

We believe it is vital to train young and aspiring footballers in good technique coupled with the more vitally important personal faith, discipline, commitment, and sportsmanship. Coaching tours commence with intensive training seminars that educate and equip our coaches through our training techniques. After their training, these coaches are then sent out in teams to partner with churches or organizations sponsoring the football camp.

Playing Tours
Since the early 1990’s we have been taking both women’s and men’s teams to locations around the world to use football as a platform for sharing their faith. Our Playing Tours enable footballers to marry their love of football with their faith to reach out to others around the world. From high school players to Ambassador Club and ministry teams, we use these tours to reach the nations with the Good News.

A playing tour can include participation in:

  • Exhibition matches against local amateur and club teams
  • Football tournaments
  • Coaching football clinics
  • Prison outreach
  • Schools ministry
  • Orphanage outreach

Pro Player Tours
Our Pro Player Tours bring together teams of Christian players to play and share their faith at the highest levels of play around the world. These tours typically take place in countries where we are launching a new ministry. The country wide interest in a pro level team coming to play tops club teams and even national teams provides an amazing platform for the sharing of faith in Jesus. Outside of the matches, the pro players bring an attractive element to other culturally relevant ministry outreach events in schools, orphanages, community programs, and local churches.
